Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User') and Doms DMs AI governing use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf they use the Service.

3. Service Description

The Service provides messaging management and conversation workflow tools that assist businesses in handling inbound communications within supported third-party platforms. The Service is designed to operate in accordance with applicable third-party platform policies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

Users shall not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Breach third-party platform policies, including Meta Platform policies
• Send unlawful spam
• Use the Service for unsolicited bulk outreach
• Attempt to circumvent messaging window restrictions
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

7. Meta Platform Notice

Doms DMs AI:

• Is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Integrates only with official APIs
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party APIs
• If a third-party platform modifies or revokes API access, we shall not be liable for resulting service disruption

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of Doms DMs AI. No license is granted except for the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE.' We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, sales performance, or business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The fees paid in the preceding three (3) months
• CAD $1,000

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service shall cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ('DPA') forms part of the Terms between Doms DMs AI ('Processor') and the User ('Controller').

Meta Platform & Business Verification Compliance Addendum

Doms DMs AI:

• Uses Meta Platform data solely to provide messaging management services requested by the User
• Does not sell, rent, or transfer Meta Platform data
• Does not use Meta data for advertising unrelated to the User’s authorized account
• Responds only to user-initiated communications
• Does not engage in unsolicited bulk messaging
• Operates within applicable messaging windows and platform policies

Users acknowledge they remain responsible for compliance with Meta advertising, messaging, and platform policies.

SOC 2–Aligned Security & Controls Statement

Doms DMs AI maintains security controls aligned with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria.
