If you would like your account data deleted from DomsDMs, contact our support team and include the business account details connected to your workspace.

How to request deletion

• Email our support team from your account owner email address
• Include your business name and connected Instagram/Facebook account
• Include the phrase "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Our team will confirm identity and process the request

Processing timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after identity verification.
